Well apparently it is illegal, at least in Escambia County, Florida. Here's the report from the Pensacola News Journal, February 13, 2007: FELONY ARRESTS ESCAMBIA COUNTYThe following suspects were charged with felonies Sunday at Escambia County Jail.
[Name deleted], 18, 100 block of Emerald Drive, reckless driving, possession of imitation controlled substances.
[Name deleted], 18, 100 block of Aquamarine Avenue, possession of imitation controlled substances.
I deleted the names as I am sure none of you knows these folks.
